Tim Smith is a native of Atlanta where he worked as a Broker in the commercial real estate business with Adams-Cates Company and Sharp Boylston Company through the seventies. In 1980, along with two partners, started in the manufactures representative business (sporting goods) and traveled the southeast until going to work with CENTURY 21 Poss Realty in May of 2003. He grew up hunting and fishing in Rabun County and moved to the mountains in 1989. He has been a full time resident ever since. He has a sincere affection for the area and is thankful for the opportunity to live, work and play here.
