Vance Vermilya is a recent local to Rabun County, moving to Clayton after living in Grayson, Georgia, for twenty plus years with wife, Debby and their two grown daughters, Katie and Jenny. A native Georgian, in Gwinnett County he built a successful insurance business and dabbled in property rentals. This background of hard work and close customer bonds have helped him to make the transition into the real estate business. Vance is dedicated to putting in the time and effort into making his prospective clients feel comfortable and well informed so as to ease their decision making process. His interests include fishing and outdoor activities, he is an avid sports fan, enjoys spending time with his family, and on weekends you can ususally find him dining at Oinkers BBQ. Vance and his family have fallen in love with the North Georgia mountains and he is pleased to assist anyone in their quest for a piece of this beautiful area.
