Hi! My name is Misty Woodard and I am a Rabun County native and 2nd generation realtor. I grew up with the real estate business being an integral part of my life. My uncle and dad had a large part in my decision to sell real estate. My late uncle, Larry McClure Jr. was original developer of both Kingwood and Sky Valley Resorts located here in Rabun County, with my Dad Bill managing sales. As a young girl I was fascinated with the development and sale of real estate. I feel that my knowledge of the area and market make me a great realtor. I am hard working and dedicated. I keep up with the market, trends and technology. I feel that I am a good negotiator and work hard to make deals work smoothly. I keep my clients and customers best interests at heart. I have been a realtor since 2001. I joined Century 21 Poss Realty in 2001 with a brief departure in 2005, and rejoined Century 21 Poss Realty in January of 2007. I have received several awards from Century 21 throughout my career for production. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as Georgia Association of Realtors. I plan to further my education by becoming an Associate Broker in 2007 and in 2008 I plan to attend the Graduate Realty Institute to earn my GRI designation.
I am married to Kevin of 14 years and we have three children Kendall 12, Hogan 5, and Sophie 4. We live in Tiger. We are active members of Battle Branch Baptist Church. We enjoy camping, fishing, golf and hiking. I am so blessed to live in this beautiful area. I love my hometown! I love our community, mountains, valleys, lakes, rivers, history and culture. I deeply care about the heritage, economics and environment of Rabun County. I also care about making your next real estate transaction stress free and successful!
